Important information about donations and our services

Our Mission

Donations support children ages 0-16 from impoverished homes and those with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) in the UK.

As a charity, we are generally unable to refund donations. If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at info@elpiscomm.com.

We accept donations globally via Stripe. Donors are responsible for any local taxes or currency conversion fees applied by their bank.

We reserve the right to refuse or return donations that do not align with our mission or violate UK Charity Commission guidelines.
